On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Canada to visit cryptocurrency exchange CJC MARKETS as planned according to its regulatory address that Unit 2132, 28 South Unionville Ave Markham, ON, Canada L3R4P9.

The investigators came to 28 South Unionville Avenue in Markham of Ontario, Canada for a visit to the exchanges office on October 18, 2023, and located a modern commercial building beside a less bustling street.

Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel didn‘t spot any directory nor security in the lobby. And then the team proceeded to unit 2132 via the elevator, but didn’t see any information regarding “CJC MARKETS”, except for a traditional Chinese medicine clinic.

Through an on-site investigation, it is confirmed that CJC MARKETS doesnt have a presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Canada to visit cryptocurrency exchange CJC MARKETS, but didnt find the company at its regulatory address. This suggests that the company may just register at the place without a physical business office. Therefore, investors should be meticulous in choosing the exchange.
